Kesar Terminals declares interim dividend at Rs 1.50 per share

Kesar Terminals at its meeting held on February 04, 2011 has declared interim dividend at Rs 1.50 per share of Rs 10 each for the year 2010-11.

Kesar Terminals & Infrastructure Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 04, 2011, inter alia, has declared an Interim Dividend of Rs. 1.50/- per Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each on 52,53,113 Equity shares of the Company, for the year 2010-11.
