Analysis: How tax levy on healthcare can be rolled back

Faced with criticism from all fronts on the levy of service tax on healthcare, the finance ministry is considering various options for a rollback of the levy. It is of the view that with input tax credits, the effective tax incidence will actually decrease, reports CNBC-TV18’s Aakansha Sethi.
