The 15th Lok Sabha has been the worst performing in India's history. The winter session of parliament will resume on Wednesday and Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kamal Nath and Minister of State, Rajeev Shukla held an all party meeting today. The centre will table 39 bills in the session that will last 12 days. But the direct tax code, pension and insurance bill are not even listed. Speaking to the media, Finance Minister P Chidambaram said no direct tax changes will be announced in the vote on account. But he also said that indirect tax changes will continue like they have made some changes last week.Watch the video tracking the all party meet.
