Both Ishaat Hussain and N Chandrasekaran who represent the group are making pitches to investors.
Cyrus Mistry was ousted as Tata Sons Chairman last month following which the group and Mistry have beenb trading barbs.
CNBC-TV18 further learns that Tata Sons representatives are likely to meet US investors later this week.
