Its official, the three decade old marquee Taj Mansingh hotel run by the Tata's in Lutyens Delhi will go under the hammer. However that's still some time away. With EY deciding not to renew its contract to act as a transaction advisor, the New Delhi Municipal Corporation has to first float a tender to get a new consultant on board. NDMC tells CNBC-TV18 this means it will have no choice but to extend the Tata's lease till the auction process concludes.
