Infosys tries to settle H1-B visa case out of court

Sources close to the Infosys H1-B story tell CNBC-TV18's Sunanda Jayaseelan that the company is trying for out-of-court settlement. The lawsuit has hampered the IT major’s order flow with Axis Group cancelling a USD 2 million project with Infosys. The company is thus seeking arbitration in lawsuit.
