Parliament is expected to witness stormy scenes on Monday as two privilege motions are likely to be moved against HRD Minister Smriti Irani. The Opposition is targeting Smriti Irani over her speech in Parliament on the JNU issue and will even demand an apology from her.
While CPM MP Mohammed Salim will move the motion in Lok Sabha, JDU's KC Tyagi will move the motion in Rajya Sabha.

On Saturday, Vemula's mother Radhika and his brother met political leaders including Sonia Gandhi, Sitaram Yechury and KC Tyagi, seeking their support for enactment of a Rohith Act against caste discrimination in educational institutions.
They were accompanied by the leaders of Hyderabad University's Joint Action Committee for Social Justice.
