Annual General Meeting of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2017 will be held on Friday, September 29, 2017 at 10.00 a.m. at the registered office of the company situated at 5th Floor, Blue wave building, Off new link road, Opp laxmi industrial estate, Andheri (west), Mumbai - 400 053, Maharashtra, India.
2. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain close from Friday, September 22, 2017 to Friday, September 29, 2017 (both days inclusive).
3. The cut-off date for the purpose of the e-voting is September 22, 2017.
4. The e-voting will commence from September 26, 2017 (10.00 a.m.) and will close
at September 28, 2017 (5.00 p.m.).
