SR Industries' board meeting on November 11, 2016

SR Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 11, 2016, inter alia to consider and adopt the Unaudited (Provisional) Financial Results for the half year ended September 30, 2016.Further, in view of the forthcoming Audit Committee / Board Meeting of the Company on November 11, 2016 and keeping in view the SEBI requirements, it has been decided to close the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company listed at the Bombay Stock Exchange Limited with effect from November 03, 2016 to November 13, 2016 (both days inclusive). During the aforesaid period, the Directors and Designated Employees cannot deal (either purchase or sale) in the shares of the Company.Source : BSE
