Spisys Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 30, 2016, inter alia, to consider the following:1. Un-audited financial results for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2015.2. Limited Review Report for the Quarter ended December 31, 2015.Further as per the Company's internal Code for Prevention of Insider Trading (as amended) the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed for the Company's Directors / Officers and designated employees of the Company from January 20, 2016 and will re-open 48 hours after the publication of the December quarter results to the public in the Board Meeting scheduled to be held on January 30, 2016.Source : BSE
