Pennar Industries: Outcome of board meeting

Pennar Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 28, 2017 has passed a resolution with respect to voluntary delisting of the Company from M/s. Metropolitan Stock Exchange of India Limited (MSE).

Pennar Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 28, 2017 has passed a resolution with respect to voluntary delisting of the Company from M/s. Metropolitan Stock Exchange of India Limited (MSE).However, the equity shares of the Company shall continue to be listed on BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited, both having nationwide trading terminals.Source : BSE
