LEEL appoints M/s Goel Garg & Co. C.A. as Statutory Auditor

This is with reference to our letter dated August 10, 2017 regarding intimating the recommendation of Board of the Directors for the appointment of M/s Goel Garg & Co. Chartered Accountants, as Statutory Auditors of the Company for a term of five years, in place of M/s Suresh C. Mathur & Co., Chartered Accountants, retiring Statutory Auditors, in the 30th Annual General Meeting ('AGM').
In this regard we would like to inform that shareholders have duly approved their appointment with the requisite majority in the 30th AGM held today.
The brief profile of M/s Goel Garg & Co. Chartered Accountants. has already been circulated to the stock exchanges vide our letter date August 11, 2017.
