Frontier Springs appoints Nimesh Mukerji & Sarabjit Singh as independent directors

Frontier Springs has informed that Nimesh Mukerji and Sarabjit Singh have been appointed as Additional Directors (Independent Directors) of the Company with immediate effect to fill the vacancy caused due to resignation of Shri P. K Goenka and Shri N.P Singh. There is no relationship of Shri Sarabjit Singh and Shri Nimesh Mukerji, with the Company.
