(FRN: 012181S), Chartered Accountants, as the Statutory Auditors of the Company for a period of 5 (FIVE) years from the conclusion of 24th Annual General Meeting to be held in the year 2017 (for audit w.e.f. financial year 2017-2018) , in place of existing Statutory Auditor M/s.
