Delta Corp at its meeting held on August 01, 2016, has considered appointment of M/s. Walker Chandiok & Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants, as Statutory Auditor of the Company in place of M/s. Amit Desai & Co, Chartered Accountants and M/s. Haribhakti & Co LLP, Chartered Accountants, who have resigned as Joint Statutory Auditors of the Company.
