Assam Petrochemicals appoints Ravi Capoor as chairman

Assam Petrochemicals Ltd has informed BSE that Shri. Ravi Capoor, IAS has been appointed as the chairman of the Company w.e.f. October 01, 2016 in place of Shri. Rameshwar Dhanowar.

Assam Petrochemicals Ltd has informed BSE that Shri. Ravi Capoor, IAS has been appointed as the chairman of the Company w.e.f. October 01, 2016 in place of Shri. Rameshwar Dhanowar. This may also be stated that reappointment of Shri. Rameshwar Dhanowar was proposed in the 45th AGM of the Company convened on September 30, 2016 but lost in voting.Source : BSE
