The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Saturday, the 22nd April 2017 to approve the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ending 31.03.2017 and to consider recommendation of Dividend, if any, on the Equity Shares of the Company for the year 2016-17.
