D-Link (India) at its meeting held on May 24, 2011 has declared dividend at Re 0.30 per share of Rs 2 each for the financial year 2010-11.

D-Link (India) Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 24, 2011 have recommended payment of dividend of Re.0.30/- per equity share face value of Rs. 2/- each (i.e.15%) for the financial year 2010-11.Source : BSE
