Praj Industries Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 24, 2011, inter alia, has recommended dividend of Rs. 1.26 per share (63%) of face value of Rs. 2/- each subject to approval of shareholders in ensuing Annual General Meeting.Source : BSE
