Mandhana Industries declares dividend at Rs 2 per share

Mandhana Industries at its meeting held on May 24, 2011 has declared dividend at Rs 2 per share of Rs 10 for the year 2010-11.

Mandhana Industries Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 24, 2011, have recommended a Dividend of Rs. 2.00 per equity share of Rs. 10/- for the year 2010-11, subject to approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.Source : BSE
