Mahaveer Infoway Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 24, 2011, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of 5% (Re. 0.50 per share) for the financial year 2010-11 subject to the approval of the shareholders in the general meeting.Source : BSE
