Bombay Dyeing declares dividend at Rs 3.50 per share

Bombay Dyeing & Mfg Company Limited has informed the Exchange that at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on May 24, 2011, it was decided to recommend to the members to declare at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, a dividend for the year ended March 31, 2011 at the rate of Rs. 3.50 (Rupees Three and Fifty Paise only) per Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each to eligible members.Source : BSE
