Veritas (India) declares dividend at 5% per share

Veritas (India) at its meeting held on May 30, 2011 has declared dividend at 5% per share of Re 1 each.

Veritas (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2011, inter alia, has recommended dividend of 5% i.e. five (5) paise per Equity Share of face value of Re. 1/- each, subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.Source : BSE
