Sun Pharma declares dividend at Rs 3.50 per share

Sun Pharma at its meeting held on May 28, 2011 has declared dividend at Rs 3.50 per share of Rs 1 each for the year ended March 31, 2011.

Sun Pharmaceuticals Industries Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 28, 2011 has recommended payment of dividend of Rs.3.50 per equity share of Rs.1 each for the year ended March 31, 2011 subject to approval of members at ensuing Annual General Meeting.Source : BSE
