Sathavahana Ispat Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2011 have recommended a dividend of Rs.1.80 per share (18%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2011 which is subject to approval of members in General Meeting.Source : BSE
