SJVN declares dividend at Re 0.80 per share

SJVN at its meeting held on May 30, 2011 has declared dividend at Re 0.80 per share of Rs 10 each for the year 2010-11.

Sjvn Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2011 have recommended dividend of Rs.0.80 per share (on face value of Rs.10/- each) (i.e. 8%) for the year 2010-11 subject to approval of Shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.Source : BSE
