Solar Industries declares final dividend at Rs 4 per share

Solar Industries at its meeting held on May 19, 2011 has declared final dividend at Rs 4 per share of Re 10 each.

Solar Industries India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 19, 2011, inter alia, has approved the Final Dividend of 40% i.e. Rs. 4 per share on equity share of Rs. 10 each subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.Source : BSE
