Zicom Electronic declares dividend at Re 1 per share

Zicom Electronic Security Systems Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 19, 2011, inter alia, has recommended a Dividend of Rs. 1/- per share (Rupee One only) (i.e. 10%) on 1,26,99,829 Equity Shares having Face Value of Rs. 10/- each, for the year ended March 31, 2011. The Dividend, if declared, by the Members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, scheduled to be held on August 26, 2011, will be paid / dispatched on September 14, 2011.Source : BSE
