Yashraj Containeurs board meeting on May 04, 2013

Yashraj Containeurs Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 04, 2013, inter alia, to consider the following items :1. To consider the allotment of 80.00 lacs share warrants to Promoter Group as per SEBI pricing Guidelines in terms of order passed by BIFR in its hearing held on April 04, 2013.2. To consider increase in borrowing powers from Rs.100 crores to Rs.300 crores.3. To give omnibus authority to Dr. Jayesh Valia, Executive Chairman of the Company to defend the interest of the Company before BIFR against the suits already filed and likely to be filed and appear before SEBI etc.4. To convene an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting to seek the shareholders approval for Preferential allotment of 80.00 lacs warrants to Promoters and Promoters Group Companies, friends, relatives as per the SEBI pricing guidelines as approved by BIFR in its Order dated April 04, 2013, and to increase the borrowing powers from Rs. 100 crores to Rs. 300 crores in partial modification of the resolution passed by the shareholders in the AGM held on December 30, 1999.Source : BSE
