Kanchan International Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 22, 2013, inter alia, to consider the following business:1. To take note of the resignation of M/s. M. B. Ladha & Company, Statutory Auditors of the Company.2. To appoint the Statutory Auditors of the Company to fill the casual vacancy caused by resignation of M/s. M. B. Ladha & Company, Chartered Accountants subject to the approval of members at the ensuing EGM.3. lo approve the draft notice for convening the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting and to fix up the day, date, time and venue for the same.4.
