The Border Security Force (BSF) has opened the online registration process for the recruitment of 3,588 Constable posts. Interested and eligible candidates can apply through the official website rectt.bsf.gov.in until 23 August 2025.
The recruitment is part of a nationwide drive to fill various Constable vacancies across multiple trades. The application correction window will remain open from 24 August to 26 August 2025, allowing candidates to make necessary changes to their submitted forms.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must be between 18 and 25 years of age as of the closing date of the application (23 August 2025). Selection Process
The selection will take place in multiple stages:
- Physical Standard Test (PST)
- Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
- Written Examination
- Document Verification
- Trade Test (where applicable)
- Detailed Medical Examination (DME)
Only candidates who qualify in each stage will move on to the next. The final selection will be based on merit and medical fitness as determined by a Medical Board of Officers.

- Register using basic details like name, contact number, and email ID.
- Log in using the provided credentials and fill out the application form.
- Enter personal, educational, and communication details accurately.
- Upload scanned copies of your photograph and signature in the specified format.
- Pay the application fee via net banking, credit/debit card, or authorised CSCs.
- Review the form and submit it.
- Download and print the confirmation page for reference.
Examination Fee
- Rs 100 for candidates belonging to UR, EWS, and OBC categories.
- An additional Rs 50 + 18% GST is applicable if the payment is made through Common Service Centres (CSCs).
- Women candidates, SC/ST candidates, ex-servicemen, and serving BSF personnel are exempted from paying the examination fee.
