He is a celebrity chef and of course he is big on food. We are talking about chef Vikas Khanna who also happens to flaunt a good physique. A lot of you may wonder if he's genetically blessed to be looking the way he does at 53, or if there's a secret behind his look. Well, Khanna is actually very disciplined. During a podcast for Fox News, he mentioned how is particular about his meals and workout too.

The moment we hear the term 'disciplined lifestyle', some of us roll our eyes thinking that in our busy schedules, it is difficult to get everything right and on time on a day-to-day basis. For Khanna, leading a disciplined life is empowering. He believes that leading a regimented life helps promote mental clarity and physical health.

Like many, Khanna too begins his day by having coffee. In fact, he mentioned on the podcast that he is addicted to it. In breakfast, he has balanced and protein-rich food. So, typically, he would have granola, two boiled eggs and a lots of nuts. He is also someone who loves and ensures he has homemade food at most times. In his opinion, homecooked meals are more nourishing for one's body and soul.
