Karenjit Kaur Weber, popularly known as Sunny Leone, has purchased an office space in Oshiwara, Mumbai, for Rs. 8 crore. The transaction was registered in February 2025, as confirmed by property registration documents on the Inspector General of Registration (IGR) Maharashtra website.

Karenjit Kaur Weber, also known as Sunny Leone, has recently bought an office space in Oshiwara, Mumbai, for Rs. 8 crore. This purchase was recorded in February 2025 and is confirmed through property registration documents available on the website of the Inspector General of Registration (IGR) in Maharashtra.

The office is located in a commercial building called Veer Signature, which is developed by the Veer Group. Oshiwara is a lively area, known for its modern lifestyle and strategic position near the popular Lokhandwala Complex. It is well-connected by major roads and the Mumbai Metro, making it a convenient and desirable place for both businesses and residents.

The office space that Karenjit Kaur Weber bought has a carpet area of about 177 square meters (or around 1,905 square feet) and a built-up area of about 195 square meters (or 2,095 square feet). In addition to the office, the deal includes three car parking spaces. To complete the purchase, a stamp duty of Rs. 35.01 lakh was paid, along with registration charges of Rs. 30,000.

Karenjit bought the office from Aishwarya Property and Estates, which is owned by Anand Kamalnayan Pandit and Roopa Anand Pandit. Anand Pandit is a well-known film producer and real estate developer who has been involved in movies like Total Dhamaal, Chehre, and The Big Bull.
