Bollywood power couple Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt are all set to begin a new chapter in their lives as their grand new bungalow, reportedly worth Rs 250 crore, nears completion. Located in Mumbai’s upscale Pali Hill area, the six-storey residence is said to be named after Ranbir’s late grandmother, Krishna Raj Kapoor, making it not just a lavish home, but one filled with sentimental value and family history.

The bungalow holds deep emotional significance for the Kapoor family. Originally owned by the legendary Raj Kapoor and Krishna Raj Kapoor, the property was later handed down to Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Kapoor. Now, it finds its next custodians in Ranbir and Alia, symbolizing a generational legacy that continues through the family’s newest chapter. The couple, often accompanied by their daughter Raha and Ranbir’s mother Neetu Kapoor, have frequently visited the site to oversee the construction and add personal touches to the home.

A video shared by celebrity photographer Viral Bhayani recently gave fans a glimpse of the sprawling mansion. With greenery lining each floor and elegant architectural details, the home radiates a mix of modern opulence and classic warmth. The finishing touches are currently underway and are expected to be completed within a month, after which the family will officially move in.
