Actor Priyanka Chopra recently shared a series of pictures and videos from her stay in London, offering fans a glimpse into her busy yet fun-filled days. Taking to Instagram on Sunday, Priyanka highlighted moments from the shoot of Citadel season 2, her time with daughter Malti Marie Chopra Jonas, and some cherished personal moments.
The first few images featured Priyanka as Nadia, her character in Citadel, where she snapped a quick selfie in her on-set attire. A video clip followed, showing her smiling, and posing during a ride on the London tube. After wrapping up her work, Priyanka took her daughter Malti Marie to a park, where the toddler could be seen playing and enjoying her time. In a sweet moment, Malti was captured watching her mother intently while Priyanka filmed for Citadel.
Other glimpses from their London adventures included Malti enjoying a swing ride and the two taking a stroll on the streets, with Malti heard singing as they walked hand in hand. Priyanka also shared selfies from her home and work, including a heartwarming shot of her and Malti traveling together by car. Another picture featured Priyanka aboard a flight.
In her caption, Priyanka reflected on these moments, writing, “Lately. 1&2: Nadia is a little different this season #citadel, 3: on the tube, 4: early wrap takes us to the park, 5: when she comes to see mama at work, 6: and then we go to the park again, 7: walks, songs and chats, 8: visiting friends @natasha.poonawalla.”
She continued, “9: she turned 80! Happy birthday Fran. @mamadjonas, 10: when the sun wakes you up in bed, 11: traffic selfie, 12,13,14: when the glam is so good @harryjoshhair @yumi_mori, 15: back on a plane. As usual, racing home….” She later posted a selfie on her Instagram Stories with the caption, “And we’re off...”
Priyanka recently confirmed that production for Citadel season 2, the Prime Video spy action series written by David Well, had begun. In the show, Priyanka plays the role of spy Nadia Sinh, who, along with Mason Kane (played by Richard Madden), narrowly escapes with her life after the global spy agency Citadel collapses. The second season promises more intrigue and action.
In addition to Citadel, Priyanka recently completed filming The Bluff, directed by Frank E. Flowers and co-starring Karl Urban. The film is set in the 19th-century Caribbean and follows the story of a former female pirate, played by Priyanka, who must defend her family from the consequences of her past. She is also set to appear in Heads of State alongside John Cena and Idris Elba.
