According to data reported by Sacnilk.com, Jaat collected Rs 9.5 crore on its opening day and added another Rs 7 crore on day two, bringing the total to Rs 16.5 crore in just two days. While these figures are decent, they fall slightly short of the kind of roaring start that was expected from a Sunny Deol film, especially following his recent box office success.
The film reported a 9.10% Hindi occupancy on Friday, which suggests a slow burn with potential for growth over the weekend.
Industry analysts are closely watching whether the film will pick up momentum over the weekend through strong word-of-mouth and higher footfalls. With Sunny Deol at the helm and an ensemble cast that includes Saiyami Kher, Randeep Hooda, and Vineet Kumar Singh, expectations remain high for the film’s performance in the coming days.
