Dalyce Curry, a retired Hollywood actress, has tragically died in the ongoing wildfires in Los Angeles. Curry, who was 95 years old, was known for her roles in famous films like The Blues Brothers, The Ten Commandments, and Lady Sings the Blues. According to Forbes, her remains were found at her home in Altadena, California, which was destroyed by the fires.

Dalyce Curry was last seen on the evening of January 7, when her great-granddaughter, Dalyce Kelley, dropped her off at her house. The next morning, Kelley tried to check on her, but she was blocked by police barricades set up in the area because of the wildfires.
Kelley then searched for her grandmother at a nearby shelter, the Pasadena Civic Centre, which had been set up for people who had to leave their homes due to the fires. Unfortunately, Curry was not there.
