On June 21, as the nation celebrated International Yoga Day, veteran actress and politician Hema Malini joined in the spirit of wellness by actively participating in the dayās celebrations. The 76-year-old icon was seen participating in a yoga session held in Mathura on Saturday, joining many others in promoting the importance of physical and mental well-being.
Hema Malini later took to X to share glimpses of the event, where she was seen performing various yoga asanas with grace and poise. Her participation served as a reminder of the holistic benefits of yoga and its timeless relevance in leading a balanced, healthy lifestyle.

She participated in the yoga class by wearing loose-fitting clothing that made it easy for her to move through the poses. Her light-colored track pants and white polo t-shirt
perfectly suited the occasion.
Speaking to ANI on the importance of Yoga in our lives, Hema Malini said, āEverybody should do yoga. Yoga is important for our lives, and it is very important to keep the body fit. I always do it. I have a slight knee problem, and I am not able to do some asanas perfectly, but I do Yoga."
