On June 18, Billboard Charts confirmed that Jin's Super Tuna has re-climbed the World Digital Song Sales Chart, securing the No 1 spot. Originally released on October 21, 2022, Super Tuna first topped the Billboard chart on November 5, 2022, maintaining its position for a week. This recent achievement marks the second time the song has reached the top spot on the World Digital Song Sales Chart, following Jin's extended performance of the song during the FESTA 2024 'Hug' event.

Super Tuna was originally a surprise solo release by Jin on his birthday, December 4, 2021. The song was later officially released on October 21, 2022. In a candid interview, Jin shared the whimsical origins of the song. He revealed that the idea came to him during a beach trip, where he had a rough composition in mind. The performance video for Super Tuna was created with the intent to capture the fun and carefree spirit of fishing, resulting in a playful trot song. Despite its popularity, Jin has often described Super Tuna as 'embarrassing' and 'awkward,' contrasting it with the high-quality music typically produced by BTS. He initially intended for the song to be a light-hearted gift solely for the ARMY community.
