When Mayank went outside to collect his order, he saw Pankaj waiting with his little daughter seated quietly on his bike. Mayank asked Pankaj why he was carrying his daughter with him.

“There’s no one at home. Her older brother is attending evening classes, and I need to look after her until he returns. Her name is Tun Tun. She lost her mother during childbirth,” Pankaj replied.

Despite this situation, Pankaj goes about his work calmly and without complaint. "Some customers have told him, 'Sit at home if you can't manage - having a toddler is your problem.' But he had no complaints - only a quiet smile," Mayank wrote in his post on LinkedIn.
