The 12 Telangana districts that are under orange alert include Adilabad, Jayashankar Bhupalpally, Kamareddy, Kumaram Bheem Asifabad, Mahabubabad, Mancherial, Medak, Mulugu, Nirmal, Nizamabad, Peddapalli, and Warangal.
