Q: Are you surprised at all by the fact that this matter has now been referred to a group of ministers headed by the finance minister? A: I thought some decisions should have been taken. These are all contractual disputes of any which can get settled in the course of time. I was hoping on that basis the coming decision would be to allow it to go through.
