At 09:21am, Ramky Infrastructure was quoting at Rs 470.00, up Rs 39.70, or 9.23 percent, on the BSE.

In an exchange filing, the company said it has entered into an agreement with MITL for EPC-based infrastructure works within the Dighi Port Industrial Area (DPIA) Phase 1 under the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC).

The total contract value stands at ₹1,401.84 crore. The project is scheduled to be completed within 930 days from the appointed date, followed by an Operations and Maintenance (O&amp;M) period of four years from the issuance of the completion certificate. The O&amp;M tenure may be extended by another six years upon mutual agreement between MITL and the company.

MITL is a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) formed with equity participation from the Government of India and the Maharashtra State Government for the development of Parcel B of the Dighi Port Industrial Area in Raigad district, Maharashtra.

The scope of work includes end-to-end execution — from design and engineering to construction, testing, commissioning, and performance-based operations.

Ramky Infrastructure said it will execute the project using its in-house engineering, planning, and commissioning expertise, supported by standardized monitoring and delivery systems.

Its shares were trading 4.6 percent lower at Rs 4,310.40 apiece.

"If these cancellations persist for seven days, we estimate they will erase about Rs 32 crore of IndiGo’s profit before tax, equal to about 6 percent of profit before tax in the fourth quarter," HSBC analysts led by Parash Jain said.

Low-cost carrier IndiGo on March 4 said it cancelled more than 500 overseas flights between February 28 and March 3, 2026, due to the ongoing Middle East tensions. Its shares were trading 4.6 percent lower at Rs 4,310.40 apiece.

&quot;If these cancellations persist for seven days, we estimate they will erase about Rs 32 crore of IndiGo’s profit before tax, equal to about 6 percent of profit before tax in the fourth quarter,&quot; HSBC analysts led by Parash Jain said.

Shares of hospitality firms also declined. Lemon Tree Hotels was down more than 3 percent, Indian Hotels Company stock declined more than 2 percent. EIH Ltd, Chalet Hotels and ITC were down up to 1 percent.
