However, SBI Mutual Fund has offloaded 4.11 lakh shares in Esab India for Rs 226.07 crore. The transaction price for both deals by Nippon India and SBI Mutual Fund was Rs 5,500 per share.

As of December 2025, SBI Retirement Benefit Fund – Conservative Plan, managed by SBI Funds Management, held a 9.26 percent stake in Esab India.

Promoter Novartis AG has entered into an agreement for the sale of its 70.68 percent stake in its Indian subsidiary, Novartis India, to WaveRise Investments, ChrysCapital Fund X, and Two Infinity Partners. As part of the deal, these acquirers have agreed to purchase 1.74 crore shares of Novartis India from Novartis AG.

GHV Infra Projects

The company has received a Letter of Award (LoA) from Enmas EPC Power Projects (JV) for the supply of all materials required for 28.83 MWp grid-connected Rooftop Solar (RTS) plants for 14,416 SC and ST consumers, along with the installation, testing, and commissioning of the RTS plants for each of these consumers (in association with EEPC JV).

The work order, as per the LoA, is valued at approximately Rs 123 crore and is required to be completed within 120 days.

Waaree Energies

The company is in discussions with the Government of Andhra Pradesh and certain other state governments for setting up the proposed greenfield manufacturing facility.

In October 2025, it approved an increase in the manufacturing capacity of lithium-ion advanced chemistry storage cells and battery energy storage systems (BESS) from 3.5 GWh to 20 GWh, along with an additional capital expenditure of approximately Rs 8,000 crore in its wholly owned subsidiary, Waaree Energy Storage Solutions.

Texmaco Rail &amp;amp; Engineering

The company has signed a Joint Venture Shareholders’ Agreement with Rail Vikas Nigam (RVNL) to build India’s next-generation rolling stock powerhouse and expand its global rail EPC footprint.

Pace Digitek

The company has received an advance Letter of Award worth Rs 89 crore from RailTel Corporation of India for the supply, installation, and commissioning of an IP-based video surveillance system in LHB coaches. The contract includes a three-year warranty followed by five years of Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract (CAMC) for a RailTel customer (CoR) on a back-to-back basis.

RailTel Corporation of India

The company has received a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) for an order worth Rs 35.54 crore for a railway signalling project. The work is to be completed within 24 months from the date of the LoA.

Karur Vysya Bank

The bank has revised its one-year and six-month MCLR (Marginal Cost of Funds-Based Lending Rates) from 9.20 percent to 9.10 percent, effective February 22. The one-month and three-month MCLR have been revised to 8.95 percent from 9.05 percent.

Zydus Lifesciences

The US Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) conducted a Pre-Approval Inspection (PAI) for injectable medical devices at the company’s Unit 9 facility located at Zydus Biotech Park, Ahmedabad, during February 16–19. The regulator closed the inspection with nil observations.

Exato Technologies

The company has received an export order from Diligenta, Peterborough, England, for the supply of software licenses. The aggregate value of the order is $0.24 million.

Craft Emerging Market Fund PCC through Elite Capital Fund, and Citadel Capital Fund sold 10 lakh shares (1.47 percent stake) in Ratnaveer Precision at Rs 158 per share, valued at Rs 15.8 crore. However, Arihant Capital Markets has acquired additional 8.52 lakh shares (1.25 percent stake) in the company at Rs 160.99 per share, amounting to Rs 13.73 crore.

Arihant Capital Markets already held 1.09 percent shareholding in Ratnaveer Precision as of December 2025.

On the day of market debut, <a href="https://www.moneycontrol.com/india/stockpricequote/it-servicesconsulting/marushikatechnology/MTL09">Marushika Technology</a> fell 2.56 percent to Rs 114 on the NSE Emerge despite buying by Navbharat Investment Opportunities Fund, NAV Capital Emerging Star Fund, Mansi Share and Stock Broking, and Priyank Vaghashia. All of them acquired 4.04 lakh shares in the company at Rs 120 per share, valued at Rs 4.85 crore.

The shares of Oil &amp; Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) jumped 4.5 percent to trade at Rs 276.45 apiece, while Oil India shares surged more than 7 percent to trade at Rs 485.8 apiece.

Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) shares meanwhile fell more than 4 percent to trade at Rs 437.2 apiece, while Bharat Petroleum Corporation (BPCL) shares dropped over 3 percent. Indian Oil Corporation (IOC) shares fell over 2 percent.

Oil prices increased amid rising tensions between US and Iran. "Oil prices are rallying as the market becomes increasingly concerned over the potential for imminent U.S. action against Iran," Reuters quoted ING analysts as saying. "For oil markets, the concern is clearly what action would mean not only for Iranian oil supply, but also broader Persian Gulf oil flows, given the risk of disruption to shipments through the Strait of Hormuz,” they added.

Iran is quickly shielding key nuclear facilities beneath concrete and earth, turning them into hardened bunkers as US military presence in the region increases, according to satellite analysis by the Institute for Science and International Security (ISIS).

This comes as the US has deployed a significant number of fighter jets and support aircraft to the Middle East.

Brent futures climbed 71 cents, or 1.01 percent to $71.06 a barrel, while U.S. West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude gained 69 cents, or 1.06 percent to trade at $65.88 a barrel, as seen at 3.15 pm IST.
