    Rolta India - Order Dated August 25, 2021 Passed By The Hon'Ble Supreme Court Of India

    1. The Company had filed a Special Leave Petition (Civil) bearing Dairy No. 18203/2021 with the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India on August 09, 2021. In this regard, on August 25, 2021, Hon'ble Supreme Court of India allowed the SLP and set aside the impugned order dated 6th August 2021 2021 passed by the Hon'ble NCLT disallowing withdrawal of the insolvency proceedings in the case of Dinesh Gupta vs. Rolta India Limited (C.P. No.1069/I&BP/NCLT/MAH/2020). 2. Similarly, the impugned Orders dated 6th August 2021 in the case of Nitin Arora vs. Rolta Defence Technology Systems Private Limited (C.P. No. 1302/I&BP/NCLT/MAH/2020) and Milan Sanyasi vs. Rolta BI & Big Data Analytics Private Limited (C.P. No. 1370/I&BP/NCLT/MAH/2020) were also set aside vide Order dated 27th August 2021 passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Special Leave Petition (Civil) bearing Dairy No. 18247/2021 and Special Leave Petition (Civil) bearing Dairy No. 18251/2021
