In Compliance with Section 149 (7) read with Schedule IV of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulations 25(3) of the SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015, a separate Board Meeting of Independent Directors of the Company was held today i.e. March 17, 2023 wherein, the following items in agenda were discussed:1.
