Embassy Office Parks REIT has informed the Exchange regarding 'We refer to our letter dated May 29, 2023, in relation to the issuance of 1,05,000 listed, rated, secured,redeemable, transferable, rupee denominated, non-convertible debentures (the NCDs ) with a face value of₹1,00,000 (Indian Rupees One Lakh only) each by Embassy Office Parks REIT ( Embassy REIT ) on a privateplacement basis, for an aggregate amount of ₹10,500 Million (Indian Rupees Ten Thousand Five HundredMillion only).We now wish to inform you that the Debenture Committee of the Board of Directors of the Manager, at itsmeeting held today, i.e., on June 05, 2023, has approved the allotment of 1,05,000 listed, rated, secured,redeemable, transferable, rupee denominated, NCDs with a face value of ₹1,00,000 (Indian Rupees One Lakhonly) each by Embassy REIT on a private placement basis as per the terms and conditions (including tenure,date of allotment and date of maturity, coupon rate, schedule of payment of coupon/interest and principal, chargecreated over assets, special rights/interest/privileges) mentioned in the Placement Memorandum dated May 31,2023, issued in respect of the NCDs. The tenure of the NCDs is 24 months from the deemed date of allotmentof the NCDs, with a coupon rate at 7.77% per annum payable on a quarterly basis to the debenture holders. TheNCDs are proposed to be listed on the Wholesale Debt Market Segment of the BSE Limited.The meeting commenced at 1201 Hrs IST and concluded at 1207 Hrs IST.
