Shares of <a href="https://www.moneycontrol.com/india/stockpricequote/consumer-food/awlagribusiness/AW">AWL Agri Business</a> closed at Rs 274.1 on the NSE, down nearly 1 percent amid significant volumes.

Adani Commodities LLP, which held a 20 percent stake in AWL as of September 2025, sold 3.94 crore shares at Rs 275.09 per share and 5.15 crore shares at Rs 275 per share, together valued at Rs 2,502.2 crore.

Meanwhile, action was also seen in <a href="https://www.moneycontrol.com/india/stockpricequote/banks-private-sector/karnatakabank/KB04"><strong>Karnataka Bank</strong></a>, whose shares rallied nearly 8 percent to Rs 188.76, decisively climbing above all key moving averages with robust volumes. Max Ventures Investment Holdings sold 16 lakh shares (equivalent to 0.46 percent of paid-up equity) at Rs 1,681 per share, valued at Rs 268.96 crore, to seven institutional investors, including Morgan Stanley, Viridian Asia Opportunities Master Fund, Tata Mutual Fund, Alphagrep Investment Management, and WhiteOak Capital MF.

Meanwhile, BofA Securities Europe SA bought 3.52 lakh shares of Reliance Industries at Rs 1,534 per share for Rs 54.01 crore from Goldman Sachs Bank Europe SE – ODI.

Separately, BNP Paribas Financial Markets acquired 35 lakh shares of Sagility at Rs 48.23 per share for Rs 16.88 crore from Integrated Core Strategies (Asia).

Reliance Industries shares fell 0.16 percent to Rs 1,546.6, while Sagility declined 2.46 percent to Rs 48.47 on the NSE.

This analyst also noted that HAL enters the phase with one of the strongest order books in the company’s history, including the recent mega order for 97 Tejas units and ongoing demand for helicopters and engines. However, he pointed out elevated valuations. "Trading at elevated valuation multiples, the market was assuming flawless execution and uninterrupted momentum in India's defence-manufacturing push. He noted that the key now is the outcome of the investigation and the speed at which HAL and the defence establishment communicate technical clarity. Kotak Mahindra Bank on Friday said its board has approved a 5-for-1 stock split.

In a stock exchange filing, the private sector lender said the board cleared the sub-division of one equity share of face value Rs 5 each, fully paid-up, into five equity shares of face value Re 1 each, fully paid-up.

The company first disclosed its plan to consider a stock split after the market hours on November 14. Following the announcement, the stock gained about 2 percent in Monday’s trading session.

The bank last carried out a stock split in 2010, when the face value was reduced from Rs 10 to Rs 5. It also issued bonus shares in a 1:1 ratio in 2015.

The bank, which completed 40 years of operations this month, said it seeks to make its shares more affordable and boost participation from retail investors.

A stock split increases the number of outstanding shares and improves liquidity by making the stock more accessible to investors.

The country's largest private sector lender last announced a stock split in 2019, while ICICI Bank split its shares in 2014, according to exchange data.

Shares of <a href="https://www.moneycontrol.com/india/stockpricequote/banks-private-sector/kotakmahindrabank/KMB">Kotak Mahindra Bank</a> settled lower at Rs 2086.50 per share on the BSE, down 0.51 percent.

Kotak's shares have risen about 17 percent so far this year, compared to gains of 13 percent for HDFC Bank and 7 percent for ICICI Bank. The Nifty bank index is up 16 percent.

The bank reported a 2.7 percent year-on-year fall in its standalone net profit to Rs 3,253 crore in the second quarter of the current financial year. In a year ago period, net profit stood at Rs 3,344 crore.

Net Interest Income (NII) for Q2FY26 increased to Rs 7,311 crore, up 4 percent YoY from Rs 7,020 crore in Q2FY25. Net Interest Margin (NIM) was 4.54 percent for Q2FY26. Cost of funds was 4.70 percent for Q2FY26.

Kotak Mahindra Bank board approves 5-for-1 stock split

Kotak Mahindra Bank on Friday said its board has approved a 5-for-1 stock split.

In a stock exchange filing, the private sector lender said the board cleared the sub-division of one equity share of face value Rs 5 each, fully paid-up, into five equity shares of face value Re 1 each, fully paid-up.

The company first disclosed its plan to consider a stock split after the market hours on November 14. Following the announcement, the stock gained about 2 percent in Monday’s trading session.

The bank last carried out a stock split in 2010, when the face value was reduced from Rs 10 to Rs 5. It also issued bonus shares in a 1:1 ratio in 2015.

The bank, which completed 40 years of operations this month, said it seeks to make its shares more affordable and boost participation from retail investors.

A stock split increases the number of outstanding shares and improves liquidity by making the stock more accessible to investors.

The country's largest private sector lender last announced a stock split in 2019, while ICICI Bank split its shares in 2014, according to exchange data.

Shares of Kotak Mahindra Bank settled lower at Rs 2086.50 per share on the BSE, down 0.51 percent.

Kotak's shares have risen about 17 percent so far this year, compared to gains of 13 percent for HDFC Bank and 7 percent for ICICI Bank. The Nifty bank index is up 16 percent.

The bank reported a 2.7 percent year-on-year fall in its standalone net profit to Rs 3,253 crore in the second quarter of the current financial year. In a year ago period, net profit stood at Rs 3,344 crore.

Net Interest Income (NII) for Q2FY26 increased to Rs 7,311 crore, up 4 percent YoY from Rs 7,020 crore in Q2FY25. Net Interest Margin (NIM) was 4.54 percent for Q2FY26. Cost of funds was 4.70 percent for Q2FY26.

The shares of <a href="https://www.moneycontrol.com/india/stockpricequote/banks-private-sector/indusindbank/IIB">IndusInd Bank</a> jumped more than 3 percent on November 21, emerging as the top gainer on the Nifty Bank index. This comes even after the private lender denied reports on a possible fund raise.

The stock surged to a high of Rs 856.80 apiece, snapping a three-session losing streak.
<h3>Buzz over $1-billion fundraise by IndusInd Bank:</h3>
Earlier, <em><a href="https://www.moneycontrol.com/banking/indusind-bank-said-to-have-kick-started-usd-1-bn-equity-raise-plans-article-13688917.html">Moneycontrol</a></em> reported that ground work may have started at IndusInd Bank for a billion dollar fund raise. Sources told <em>Moneycontrol</em> that the bank is keeping all options open for an equity raise – such as a qualified institutional placement (QIP) or a preferential issue.

"The bank is clear that it will not raise capital at below book value and given the stock price appreciation in the last few week, capital raise may happen slightly above the book value," said a banker. Bankers indicate that the equity raise may be priced between Rs 875 - 950 per share, depending upon the feedback from investors. The incoming investor subscribing to the preferential issue is expected to pump in about Rs 6,000 – 7,000 crore of fresh capital into the bank, while its promoters, primarily IndusInd Holdings Limited is expected to invest Rs 2,500 – 3,000 crore of capital to retain the promoter’s overall stake at 15 percent.

Another report by the Economic Times claimed that IndusInd Bank is in the initial stages of assessing investor interest for a possible sale of shares to qualified institutional investors to raise what it called 'confidence capital'.
<h3>IndusInd Bank’s clarification:</h3>
IndusInd Bank in an exchange filing denied claims regarding any capital raising. “We categorically deny having any such discussions as reported in aforesaid media reports,” it said.

It added that it is conscious of its disclosure obligations, and will continue to comply with the same.
<h3>IndusInd Bank share price:</h3>
IndusInd Bank shares have gained more than 12 percent in the past one month, and over 10 percent in the past six months. The stock is however down more than 12 percent in 2025 so far.

The stock's P/E ratio currently stands at over 64.
