Shares of <a href="https://www.moneycontrol.com/india/stockpricequote/electricals/dixontechnologies/DT07">Dixon Technologies (India)</a> fell more than 3 percent on Friday after Morgan Stanley maintained an ‘Underweight’ rating on the stock.

The stock declined to an intraday low of Rs 10,645 per share on the NSE. It has fallen for five consecutive sessions and is down more than 9 percent during the period.

Morgan Stanley retained its ‘Underweight’ stance with a price target of Rs 8,157 per share.

The brokerage’s cautious view comes amid a sharp rise in Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM) prices. DRAM spot prices as of February 13, 2026 were up 6.8 times year-on-year, reported CNBC-TV18.

Average mobile DRAM prices in the ongoing first quarter of calendar year 2026 for LPDDR4 and LPDDR5 have increased 55 percent and 64 percent quarter-on-quarter, respectively.

According to TrendForce, mobile DRAM prices are expected to rise 88-93 percent in Q1CY26 and a further 20-25 percent in Q2CY26, CNBC-TV18 report added.

Morgan Stanley said nearly 75 percent of India’s smartphone market is priced below USD 300, making it sensitive to component cost inflation. It added that higher DRAM prices could pose an incremental headwind for an industry already witnessing muted demand trends.

Last week, CLSA downgraded the stock to ‘Hold’ from ‘Outperform’ and cut its price target by 23 percent to Rs 12,100 from Rs 15,800 earlier. CLSA said the memory industry is entering a super cycle, driven by AI-led demand for high-bandwidth memory and DDR5, while supply of mainstream memory remains tight.

Meanwhile, shares of <a href="https://www.moneycontrol.com/india/stockpricequote/electronics-components/kaynestechnologyindia/KTI">Kaynes Technology India</a> Ltd and PG Electroplast Ltd also declined.

Kaynes Technology India fell 1.15 percent to Rs 3,826.20 per share on the NSE, while PG Electroplast was down 1.64 percent at Rs 604.15 per share.

Shares of <a href="https://www.moneycontrol.com/india/stockpricequote/finance-others/pinelabs/PLL01">Pine Labs</a> were trading at Rs 208.72 per share on the National Stock Exchange (NSE), up 3.31 percent.

The stock gained after the company announced that it had won multiple contracts from Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited, Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited and Indian Oil Corporation Limited.

Under the agreements, Pine Labs will deploy, manage and maintain digital payments infrastructure at petrol pumps and merchant outlets across the country. The contracts are multi-year in nature and relate to payment acceptance and transaction processing at the point of sale.

The company said the contracts would involve the deployment and maintenance of nearly 1.3 lakh digital payment acceptance devices across India.

For Indian Oil Corporation, Pine Labs will also manage the XTRAPOWER loyalty rewards platform used by fleet operators. The platform supports fuel management, fleet analytics, trip management and secure chip-and-PIN digital payment transactions, including card, mobile and RFID payments, the company said in an exchange filing.

The average number of pages scanned annually over the past five years, as per the Request for Proposal (RFP), stood at 9.18 crore pages. Based on this volume, the estimated financial impact over the five-year contract period is approximately ₹1,136.18 crore.

The company has received a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) for an order worth Rs 35.54 crore for a railway signalling project. The work is to be completed within 24 months from the date of the LoA.

Ballygunge Family Trust has acquired more than 2 percent stake in Shankara Building Products, the home improvement and building materials retailer, from Toronto-based Marval Capital via open market transactions on February 20.

The Ballygunge Family Trust has bought 5.1 lakh shares (equivalent to 2.1 percent of paid-up equity) in Shankara Building Products for Rs 5.35 crore from Marval Guru Fund, a part of Toronto-based India-focused investment firm Marval Capital. The shares exchange has taken place at a price of Rs 105 per share.

Marval Guru Fund held 3.55 percent stake in Shankara Building Products as of December 2025.

<a href="https://www.moneycontrol.com/india/stockpricequote/telecommunications-equipment/micelectronics/ME12">MIC Electronics</a> also saw brisk action on Friday, falling 1 percent to Rs 40.65 as promoter entity R R K Enterprise further 20 lakh shares (0.82 percent stake) in the Hyderabad-based LED video displays, and lighting solutions manufacturer, at Rs 41 per share, amounting to Rs 8.2 crore.

R R K Enterprise also sold 20 lakh shares on Tuesday, taking the total to 40 lakh shares offloaded in the current week.

<a href="https://www.moneycontrol.com/india/stockpricequote/trading/baazarstyleretail/BSR03">Baazar Style Retail</a> shares rebounded after five-day losing streak, rising 1.22 percent to Rs 332.1, may be after investor Ekta Halwasiya has picked up 4 lakh shares (0.53 percent stake) in the lifestyle retailer at Rs 328.76 per share, valued at Rs 13.15 crore.

<a href="https://www.moneycontrol.com/india/stockpricequote/chemicals/ganeshbenzoplast/GB01">Ganesh Benzoplast</a> shares saw a significant ranged breakout on Friday, rising 9.64 percent to Rs 88.5 amid high volumes, and sustaining in the momentum.

Malabar India Fund, a hedge fund managed by Sumeet Nagar's Malabar Investments, sold 10 lakh shares (1.38 percent stake) in chemical company Ganesh Benzoplast at Rs 81 per share for Rs 8.1 crore. However, Goel Seema has acquired 10.03 lakh shares (1.38 percent stake) at same price, valued at Rs 8.12 crore.

Meanwhile, <a href="https://www.moneycontrol.com/india/stockpricequote/infrastructure/energyinfrastructuretrust/IIT02">Energy Infrastructure Trust</a> was also in focus as Neo Treasury Plus Fund has picked up 30.5 lakh units for Rs 25.92 crore from Shahi Exports at Rs 85 per unit.
