The company's subsidiaries, Mahindra Overseas Investment Company (Mauritius) and Erkunt Traktor, have agreed to sell their entire 99.04% stake in Erkunt Foundry to Hisarlar Makina Sanayi ve Ticaret AS, Oguzhan Sahinkaya, and Bunyamin Sarioglu.

After this transaction, Erkunt Foundry will cease to be a subsidiary of Mahindra Overseas Investment Company (Mauritius) and the company.

Larsen &amp;amp; Toubro

The company's subsidiary, L&amp;amp;T Realty Properties, has acquired a 100% stake in International Green Scapes (IGSL). Post completion of the acquisition, IGSL will become a wholly owned subsidiary of the company.

This acquisition will enable L&amp;amp;T Realty Properties to leverage the land owned by IGSL to enhance and expand its real estate development portfolio.

Swiggy

Co-founder Lakshmi Nandan Reddy Obul has resigned as Whole-Time Director – Head of Innovation, and Roger Clark Rabalais has resigned as Nominee Director, effective April 10.

The Board has appointed Renan De Castro Alves Pinto as an Additional Director, effective April 11, and Phani Kishan Addepalli and Rahul Bothra as Additional Directors (Executive, Non-Independent), effective June 1.

Enviro Infra Engineers

The company has received two projects worth Rs 972.2 crore from the Swachh Maharashtra Mission Directorate.

Advait Energy Transitions

The company has received bid confirmation at the L1 stage as the successful bidder for a turnkey contract under the Vanbandhu Kalyan Yojana-2 (VKY-2) scheme.

Mahanagar Gas

Praveer Kumar Srivastava has been designated as Managing Director of the company for a period of five consecutive years, effective April 30.

However, Ashu Shinghal will cease to be the Managing Director of the company effective the same date.

Krishna Defence and Allied Industries

Lupin

The pharma company has launched Dapagliflozin tablets (5 mg and 10 mg) in the United States, following approval of its Abbreviated New Drug Application from the US FDA. The product is bioequivalent to Farxiga for the approved indications.

Vakrangee

The company has entered into a strategic corporate partnership with IndiaFirst Life Insurance Company to offer life insurance solutions.

AstraZeneca Pharma India

The company has received permission from the Central Drugs Standard Control Organisation to import, sell, and distribute Acalabrutinib tablets (100 mg).

With this approval, Acalabrutinib tablets (100 mg), in combination with venetoclax, with or without obinutuzumab, are indicated for the treatment of patients with previously untreated chronic lymphocytic leukaemia (CLL) or small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL).

Torrent Pharmaceuticals

The US FDA has concluded its inspection at the company’s oncology facility in Bileshwarpura with zero observations. The inspection was conducted from April 6 to April 10, 2026.

Gujarat State Petronet

The company has received a rectification order from the Income Tax Department, Gandhinagar, revising the assessed income in the tax computation to Rs 1,435 crore from Rs 1,683 crore for AY 2024–25.

Life Insurance Corporation Of India

Pankaj Kumar Saxena has been appointed as Executive Director (Alternate Channel), Central Office, while Diwakar Mohan Mittal has been appointed as Additional Executive Director (Customer Relationship Management/Claims/Annuities), Central Office, following his elevation to a higher post, effective April 10.

Laxmi Organic Industries

Mahadeo Karnik has resigned from the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the company, effective April 13, 2026.

The Board has appointed Harshvardhan Goenka as Interim Chief Financial Officer. He is currently the Executive Director of the company.

Neomile Growth Fund–Series I, a Category III Alternative Investment Fund, offloaded 7.24 lakh shares (1.06% stake) in Ratnaveer at Rs 145.01 per share, valued at Rs 10.5 crore. The fund held a 2.54% stake in the company as of December 2025.

However, Anant Jain acquired 10 lakh shares (1.47% stake) in Ratnaveer for Rs 14.88 crore at Rs 148.8 per share.

Vipul, HMA Agro Industries

UAE-based company Moneyplant Gold &amp;amp; Jewellery Trading LLC offloaded 24 lakh shares (1.7% stake) in real estate firm Vipul for Rs 2.41 crore at Rs 10.06 per share. However, Bal Krishan Chhabra acquired 14.66 lakh shares (1.04% stake) at the same price, valued at Rs 1.47 crore.

Moneyplant Gold &amp;amp; Jewellery Trading held a 6.59% stake in Vipul as of December 2025.

Further, Moneyplant Gold &amp;amp; Jewellery Trading has acquired 25.05 lakh shares (0.5% stake) in HMA Agro Industries at Rs 23.48 per share, amounting to Rs 5.88 crore.

Neomile Growth Fund, managed by Neomile Asset Managers, on April 10 sold over a percent stake in Ratnaveer Precision Engineering, the stainless steel washers manufacturer, via open market transactions.

Ratnaveer Precision Engineering shares closed 1.64 percent higher at Rs 145.78 after significant volatility during the day, with high volumes.

As per the bulk deals data, Neomile Growth Fund-Series I, the Category III Alternative Investment Fund, offloaded 7.24 lakh shares (1.06 percent stake) in Ratnaveer at Rs 145.01 per share, valued at Rs 10.5 crore. The fund had held 2.54 percent stake in the company as of December 2025.

However, Anant Jain has acquired 10 lakh shares (1.47 percent stake) in the Ratnaveer for Rs 14.88 crore, at a price of Rs 148.8 per share.
The brisk action was also seen in Medicamen Organics, Megastar Foods, Vipul, and HMA Agro Industries.
SB Opportunities Fund I, which held 3.55 percent stake as of January 24, pared some stake in Medicamen Organics on Friday, offloading 78,000 shares (0.64 percent stake) at Rs 28.27 per share, valued at Rs 22.05 lakh.

Singapore-incorporated variable capital company Vista Axis VCC's Quant Fund has bought 60,000 shares in Megastar Foods, the wheat products producer, at Rs 282.58 per share, valued at Rs 1.69 crore.

Vipul shares closed at Rs 10.46 on the National Stock Exchange, up 1.95 percent, while HMA Agro Industries shares rallied 8.15 percent to Rs 23.75 amid significant volumes.

Neomile Growth Fund offloads over 1% stake in Ratnaveer Precision Engineering

Defence-related shares rallied up to 16 percent on Friday amid a broad-based upmove in the domestic equity market. The Nifty India Defence index rose 1.4 percent, with 17 of its 19 constituents trading in the green.

The index has been on an upward trend for the past seven trading sessions and has gained over 14 percent during the period.

Aequs emerged as the top gainer, surging 16 percent.

Bharat Forge and Dynamatic Technologies followed, advancing 3.43 percent and 2.9 percent, respectively.

Hindustan Aeronautics, Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders and Paras Defence and Space Technologies were trading higher by 1–2 percent.

According to brokerage JM Financial, shares of Hindustan Aeronautics offer a favourable risk-to-reward ratio, as the stock has declined 22 percent over the past six months compared to an 8 percent fall in the Nifty.

The brokerage has set a target price of Rs 4,875 for the stock, indicating a potential upside of 21 percent.

The rally in defence stocks was supported by broader market gains, as investors drew comfort from a ceasefire between the US and Iran.

Defence shares rise up to 16% amid broad-based rally; Aequs, HAL, Paras Defence lead gains

Bank shares on Friday rebounded from the previous session’s losses, rising up to 3 percent, as investor sentiment improved following a ceasefire between the US and Iran. The two sides are scheduled to hold negotiations in Pakistan on Saturday.

Benchmark indices Sensex and Nifty advanced up to 1 percent in a broad-based rally led by financial stocks.

Financials, which have the highest weight on the benchmarks, have gained 8.8 percent so far this week.

The Nifty PSU and the private bank index rose 1.64 percent and 2.03 percent, respectively.

The Bank Nifty index, which had declined 1.5 percent in the previous session, recovered losses to rise up to 2 percent during the day. All its 14 constituents were trading in the green.

ICICI Bank emerged as the top gainer in the Bank Nifty pack, rising 3.3 percent to touch an intra-day high of Rs 1,323.7 per share on the NSE.

It was followed by Federal Bank and Axis Bank, which gained 2.38 percent and 2.34 percent, respectively.

State Bank of India, HDFC Bank, Punjab National Bank and Kotak Mahindra Bank were trading higher by 1-2 percent.

Wipro shares fell after announcing a possible share buyback on April 16. The stock dropped 0.72% despite an earlier rise. Wipro also secured an eight-year, Rs 9,314 crore deal with Olam Group and will acquire its IT arm, Mindsprint, for Rs 3,494 crore.

Wipro shares declined on Friday after the IT firm said it will consider a share buyback on April 16.

The stock was trading at Rs 201.49 per share on the NSE, down 0.72 percent. It has been on a losing trend for the past three trading sessions.

Earlier in the day, the stock had opened on a positive note, rising 2.8 percent, and touched an intra-day high of Rs 208.7, up 2.87 percent.

This will be the first instance in nearly three years that the Bengaluru-based IT services company will evaluate a share buyback. Its last buyback exercise was conducted in June 2023.

In that round, the company repurchased shares worth Rs 12,000 crore between June 22 and June 30, acquiring 26.96 crore equity shares, representing 4.91 percent of its total equity, at Rs 445 per share.

The company’s management had earlier said during its third-quarter results that buybacks would continue to be a key route to return excess cash to shareholders.

Earlier this week, the company secured an eight-year transformation deal with Singapore-based food and agri-business major Olam Group, which is expected to exceed about Rs 9,314 crore in contract value.

As part of the broader engagement, Wipro said it will acquire Olam Group's IT and digital services business, Mindsprint Pte. Ltd., for about Rs 3,494 crore.

&quot;Wipro has secured a multi-year strategic transformation deal with Olam Group, a leading USD 50+ Billion Food and Agri-business headquartered in Singapore, employing nearly 40,000 people, and majority-owned by Temasek Holdings. This 8-year deal with Olam Group is expected to exceed USD 1 billion in contract value, with a committed spend of USD 800 million.

&quot;As part of this broader engagement, Wipro will acquire Mindsprint, Olam Group's IT services arm,&quot; Wipro said in an exchange filing on Monday.
