The shares of <a href="https://www.moneycontrol.com/india/stockpricequote/food-processing/britanniaindustries/BI">Britannia Industries</a> jumped nearly 5 percent on February 11 after the company released its results for the October-December quarter of the ongoing financial year 2026.

The shares of the Marie Gold and Good Day-maker rose to Rs 6,156 apiece in the early trading hours of Wednesday.

Britannia Industries on February 10 reported a <a href="https://www.moneycontrol.com/news/business/britannia-q3-net-profit-rose-17-at-rs-682-crore-13821917.html">consolidated net profit of Rs 682 crore</a> for the third quarter of FY26, helped by stable commodity prices and a strong momentum across both the biscuits and adjacent categories. This marked a 17 percent year-on-year (YoY) rise from the Rs 582.3 crore net profit reported in the same period of the previous financial year.

The firm’s revenue from operations rose to Rs 4,969.8 crore, up from Rs 4,592.6 crore last year.

"While the biscuit industry remains under stabilization for price points post the GST rate reduction, the business grew by ~ 12% in November &amp; December," said the company's newly appointed chief executive officer Rakshit Hargave.
<h3>Nomura on Britannia Industries:</h3>
Nomura kept a ‘Buy’ call on the shares of the biscuit-maker, with a target price of Rs 7,000 per share. This implies an upside potential of more than 19 percent from the stock’s previous closing price.

The international brokerage said that the company’s Q3 volume growth improved, with sales largely in-line with estimates and margin beating expectations.

It added that the company’s gross profit margin was above its forecast by 42 percent, driven by benign input costs.

Motilal Oswal said that Britannia’s revenue was below its estimate, while EBITDA was above expectations. “While the biscuit industry remains under stabilization for price points post the GST rate reduction. The business grew ~ 12% in Nov &amp; Dec’25, driven by sustained investments in media and brand innovations,” it said.

The domestic brokerage noted that the company indicated that the growth was driven by strong momentum across both the biscuits and adjacent categories.

National Investment and Infrastructure Fund II (NIIF) is likely to sell up to a 1.92 percent stake in Ather Energy via a block deal, with the offer size estimated at Rs 533.5 crore, CNBC-TV18 reported, citing sources.

The Government of India, the promoter of Bharat Heavy Electricals, has proposed to sell up to 10.44 crore equity shares (representing 3 percent of the paid-up equity) in BHEL on February 11–12, with an option to additionally sell 6.96 crore shares (representing 2 percent of the paid-up equity under the oversubscription option) through an offer for sale.

The floor price for the offer has been fixed at Rs 254 per share.

Additionally, the company has received a Letter of Acceptance from Bharat Coal Gasification and Chemicals (BCGCL)—a joint venture between BHEL and Coal India—for the syngas purification plant (LSTK-2 package) for BCGCL’s coal-to-2,000 TPD ammonium nitrate project at Lakhanpur, Odisha. The order value stands at Rs 2,800 crore.

National Investment and Infrastructure Fund II (NIIF) is likely to sell up to a 1.92 percent stake in Ather Energy via a block deal, with the offer size estimated at Rs 533.5 crore, CNBC-TV18 reported, citing sources.

Bharat Heavy Electricals

The Government of India, the promoter of Bharat Heavy Electricals, has proposed to sell up to 10.44 crore equity shares (representing 3 percent of the paid-up equity) in BHEL on February 11–12, with an option to additionally sell 6.96 crore shares (representing 2 percent of the paid-up equity under the oversubscription option) through an offer for sale.

The floor price for the offer has been fixed at Rs 254 per share.

Additionally, the company has received a Letter of Acceptance from Bharat Coal Gasification and Chemicals (BCGCL)—a joint venture between BHEL and Coal India—for the syngas purification plant (LSTK-2 package) for BCGCL’s coal-to-2,000 TPD ammonium nitrate project at Lakhanpur, Odisha. The order value stands at Rs 2,800 crore.

Tata Motors Commercial Vehicle

The company’s Indonesian subsidiary has secured its largest-ever order for 70,000 Yodha and Ultra T.7 vehicles for deployment across Indonesia.

These vehicles will be used to support agricultural activities and rural logistics, including farm-to-market transportation and regional goods movement throughout the country.

Ion Exchange India

The company’s subsidiary, Ion Exchange and Company LLC in Oman, has received a contract from Petroleum Development Oman for a design, build, own, operate, and maintain (DBOOM) agreement for a potable water facility and a sewage treatment facility in the South PDO Concession Area. The contract aggregates to OMR 73.46 million (Rs 1,730 crore) for a period of 20 years.

Highway Infrastructure

The company has entered into a contract agreement for the operation and collection of user fees at the Mundka Fee Plaza. The contract is valued at Rs 64.68 crore.

Earlier, on January 19, the company had received a Letter of Acceptance for operations at the Mundka Fee Plaza for the project development of UER-II (NH-344M and NH-344N) in Delhi and Haryana.

Tata Communications

The Board has appointed Siddhartha Mundra as Chief Financial Officer–Designate of Tata Communications, effective February 23. He will take over as the Chief Financial Officer of the company effective May 1.

<h3>Why are auto, auto ancillary stocks rising?</h3>
India and US last week announced that they have reached a framework for an Interim Agreement regarding reciprocal and mutually beneficial trade. “Today’s framework reaffirms the countries’ commitment to the broader U.S.-India Bilateral Trade Agreement (BTA) negotiations, launched by President Donald J. Trump and Prime Minister Narendra Modi on February 13, 2025, which will include additional market access commitments and support more resilient supply chains,” the countries said in a joint statement.

As part of the framework, India will receive a preferential tariff rate quota for automotive parts subject to the tariff imposed. This will likely deliver some relief to India’s auto component makers.
<h3>Nomura on auto ancillary stocks:</h3>
Nomura said that the trade deal with US and depreciating rupee will help Indian auto parts exporters gain US market share. It noted that the levy on auto parts under the trade framework is significantly lower that the earlier 25 percent, albeit with a quota.

In 2023, before US tariffs were imposed on Indian goods, India accounted for 2 percent of U.S. auto parts imports, less than Mexico, Canada, China, Japan and Germany share, the international brokerage said.

According to Nomura, <a href="https://www.moneycontrol.com/india/stockpricequote/castingsforgings/bharatforge/BF03">Bharat Forge</a>, Sona BLW, Balkrishna Industries and Sansera Engineering are expected to benefit the most. It added that improved trade would support local demand for commercial vehicles, benefitting Ashok Leyland and Tata Motors (Commercial Vehicles).

The shares of Samvardhana Motherson, Sansera Engineering and Wakefit Innovations surged in trade on February 10 after the companies announced their results for the October-December quarter of the ongoing financial year 2026.

Samvardhana Motherson shares jumped more than 5 percent to a new record high of Rs 130.97 apiece on Tuesday, while newly-listed shares of Wakefit Innovations surged nearly 10 percent to hit a fresh 52-week high of Rs 204 apiece. Sansera Engineering shares meanwhile rallied over 12 percent to its record high of Rs 2,142.90 apiece.
<h3>Samvardhana Motherson Q3 Results:</h3>
<a href="https://www.moneycontrol.com/india/stockpricequote/auto-ancillaries-auto-truckmotorcycle-parts/samvardhanamothersoninternational/MSS01">Samvardhana Motherson</a> reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 1,024 crore for Q3 FY26, marking a 16.5 percent year-on-year (YoY) increase from the Rs 879 crore net profit reported in Q3 FY25.

The firm’s revenue from operations meanwhile rose around 14.5 percent YoY to Rs 31,409.39 crore during the quarter under review. It said this is the highest-ever quarterly revenue despite prevailing market uncertainties. EBITDA rose 10 percent YoY to Rs 3,042 crore.

“This quarter is a significant step towards reaffirming Motherson's position as a global design, engineering, manufacturing, assembly and logistics specialist. Customer trust, combined with our diverse capabilities, traction across automotive and non-automotive businesses, and the dedication of our global teams, has resulted in our highest-ever quarterly revenues. <h3>Wakefit Innovations Q3 Results:</h3>
<a href="https://www.moneycontrol.com/india/stockpricequote/householdpersonal-products/wakefitinnovations/WIL01">Wakefit Innovations</a> swinged to black, reporting a net profit of Rs 31.86 crore for Q3 FY26, as against a net loss of Rs 2.41 crore in the same period last year. The firm’s revenue from operations meanwhile rose more than 9 percent YoY to Rs 421.34 crore during the quarter under review.

The newly-listed company’s operating EBITDA surged 423 percent to Rs 41.64 crore, while operating EBITDA margin improved to 2.1 percent in Q3 FY26.

“This has been a momentous quarter for the company, marked by our recent listing on the stock exchanges. We extend our gratitude to all shareholders for placing their trust in us. We also warmly welcome our new shareholders and congratulate every stakeholder—employees, customers, business partners, and bankers—whose support made our IPO listing a success. <h3>Sansera Engineering Q3 Results:</h3>
<a href="https://www.moneycontrol.com/india/stockpricequote/auto-ancillaries-others/sanseraengineering/SE27">Sansera Engineering</a> reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 68.71 crore for Q3 FY26, marking a 23 percent YoY increase from the Rs 55.67 crore net profit reported in Q3 FY25. The firm’s revenue from operations meanwhile rose nearly 25 percent YoY to Rs 907.67 crore during the quarter under review.

EBITDA grew 29 percent YoY to Rs 163.9 crore, and EBITDA margin improved to 18.1 percent.

“I am thrilled to update you that Sansera has set a new quarterly performance benchmark for revenue and EBITDA at INR 9,077 Mn and EBITDA of INR 1,639 Mn (18.1% margin), respectively. Recent Labour code changes have resulted in one-time exceptional charge of INR 162 Mn. Our strong performance in the quarter, comes with an improved margin profile due to operating leverage playing out. During the quarter, we saw strong execution in both auto and non-auto side of the business across geographies,” said B R Preetham, Executive Director &amp; CEO, Sansera Engineering.

Q3 results impact: Samvardhana Motherson shares jump 5%; Sansera Engg, Wakefit rally up to 12%

The shares of Samvardhana Motherson, Sansera Engineering and Wakefit Innovations surged in trade on February 10 after the companies announced their results for the October-December quarter of the ongoing financial year 2026.

Samvardhana Motherson shares jumped more than 5 percent to a new record high of Rs 130.97 apiece on Tuesday, while newly-listed shares of Wakefit Innovations surged nearly 10 percent to hit a fresh 52-week high of Rs 204 apiece. Sansera Engineering shares meanwhile rallied over 12 percent to its record high of Rs 2,142.90 apiece.
Samvardhana Motherson Q3 Results:
Samvardhana Motherson reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 1,024 crore for Q3 FY26, marking a 16.5 percent year-on-year (YoY) increase from the Rs 879 crore net profit reported in Q3 FY25.

The firm’s revenue from operations meanwhile rose around 14.5 percent YoY to Rs 31,409.39 crore during the quarter under review. It said this is the highest-ever quarterly revenue despite prevailing market uncertainties. EBITDA rose 10 percent YoY to Rs 3,042 crore.
